Did you know that the price of your ticket only covers 60% of the expenses to operate The Ritz? As a community owned and supported non-profit, 501(c)(3), organization, The Ritz Theatre depends on private contributions to cover the remaining expenses for operations and capital improvements.

Your contribution will help...

Give over 10,000 young people the benefit of vivid artistic experiences that help develop learning skills in math, science, reading and writing.

Give area residents frequent cultural opportunities that are often only available in major metropolitan cities, allowing them to step outside their normal boundaries.

Build confidence, enthusiasm and rewarding encounters in young people and adults through stage experiences and quality productions with the Discovery Series, the Ritz Players, Summer Theatre Camp and the Ritz Youth Players, while opening up a world of possibilities and inspiring dreams and aspirations.

All gifts to the Annual Fund Campaign are fully tax-deductible.

Gifts of $100 or more are recognized in our programs for each performance and on our web site.

Gifts of $1,000 or more are given a membership to our Melpomene's Circle Club. Benefits include: advanced notice and ticket sales for all performances, pre-show receptions for Mainstage events and invitations to other special events.

Levels of giving
Chorus (to $99 individual, or $499 business)
With your annual donation you will receive quarterly mailings of Front Row newsletter to keep you informed on all Ritz happenings.

Actor ($100-$249 individual, $500-$1249 business)
With your annual donation you will receive the above benefits, plus your name will appear in next season’s Ritz Playbill and web site, distributed to the 50,000 people we entertain each year.

Understudy ($250-$499 individual, $1250-$2499 business) With your annual donation you will receive the above benefits, plus a special invitation to any one of six children’s educational events we present each school year as part of our Discovery Series.

Star ($500-$999 individual, $2500-$4999 business) With your annual donation you will receive the above benefits, plus a private backstage tour, by appointment.

Melpomene's Circle ($1000-$9999 individual, $5000-$9999 business>
With your annual donation you will receive the above benefits, plus membership in our Melpomene’s Circle Club which includes advanced notice and ticket sales for all performances, pre-show receptions for Mainstage events and invitations to other special events.
